Refund and Returns Policy

At TurboMatrixPC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for more information on how to return or exchange items.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Opened or used electronics, software, or items that are no longer in resalable condition.

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@turbomatrixpc.com or call (765) 853-5562 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item with its original packaging and labels.
  3. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number inside the return package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning the product to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.

6. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@turbomatrixpc.com for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The process for exchanges is similar to returns, and the item must be in new and unused condition to qualify for an exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product at info@turbomatrixpc.com or call (765) 853-5562. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will send a replacement at no additional charge, or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@turbomatrixpc.com or call (765) 853-5562.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you consent to the revised policy.
